By accessing or using Music Connection, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the music and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Music Connection a non-exclusive license to host, store, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.

You own 100% of your masters. We never claim ownership of your music.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Upload content you don't have rights to
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute malware or spam

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions and beat purchases:

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Platform fees are deducted from sales as outlined in pricing

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Music Connection is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
